  1. How can I order from lowerleftmnl.com?

  • Browse through our pages. Click on the styles you like. Specify size, color and order quantity.
  • Click Add to Cart.
  • Once all orders completed, Proceed to Checkout.
  • Fill up the Billing and Shipping information.
  • Click Payment Mode. Click Place Order.
  • An order confirmation will be sent to your email.

 

  1. Are the products sold at lowerleftmnl.com original?

  • All products sold and featured are all original and brand new.

 

  1. What are the modes of payment for my online purchase?

  • Debit or Credit Card
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • GCash QR Code

 

Please send details of payment and photo of transaction slip to thelowerleftmanila@gmail.com. An email notification will be sent to you once payment has been confirmed and processed.

 

  1. How many days are the delivery leadtime?

  • For Metro Manila within 1 - 5 business days
  • For Provincial areas within 7 – 10 business days

Delivery will start from the time of pick-up from our warehouse.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

  • After processing your order, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is ready to ship out.

 

  1. How much is the shipping fee?

  • Shipping fee depends on the weight (in kg) of your orders and delivery destination.

 

  1. How can I return and exchange damaged item/s?

  • Damaged item can be returned within 7 days on the following conditions: The item is in original packaging, tags intact, unworn and unused.
  • Present original receipt or sales invoice.
  • Items shall be subject to quality assessment to confirm its condition.
  • If return and exchange is approved - If the same item is not available, you may select any item of the same amount. If the item is of higher value from original purchase, the price difference must be paid. If the value is lower, the price difference is forfeited.
  • Change of mind is not allowed.

 

  1. How can I cancel my order?

  • Orders placed can be cancelled if order has not been shipped. Beyond this, cancellation of order is no longer allowed.

 

  1. What if I am not available to receive my orders?

  • You may designate at least 1 authorized person to receive your orders on our Billing and Shipping page – Additional Information re special delivery instructions.
  • We will require for the recipient to present valid ID and sign the waybill.
  • All items stated in the invoice should be accepted and paid for.
